Securing Your Booking

To secure your booking with Nile Cruise Holiday, contact our team to finalize your trip details. Once the itinerary is approved, a deposit is required via wire transfer or secure credit card transaction. Upon receipt of the deposit, your booking will be confirmed, and we will proceed with arranging all necessary travel services.

Amendments to Your Booking

We understand the need for flexibility and offer options to adjust your itinerary as required. Simply notify our tour operations team of any changes, such as adding or removing activities. We will review your request, confirm availability, and present the best possible alternatives to ensure your experience exceeds expectations.

Payment Policy

At Nile Cruise Holiday, our priority is to provide a simple, secure, and transparent booking experience. To guarantee your preferred Nile cruise package, we recommend booking as early as possible. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, calculated based on your selected cruise package, the number of travelers, and travel dates. This deposit will be applied toward your final payment.

Payment Guidelines

To confirm your Nile cruise package, a 50% deposit is required.
The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in cash (USD, EGP, EURO, GBP, CAD, or AUD). In advance via credit card with a 3% bank processing fee.

Securing your booking early ensures availability for your chosen Nile cruise, particularly during peak travel seasons. Once we receive your deposit, our team will immediately begin organizing every aspect of your journey. This includes reserving your cruise, arranging activities, and finalizing accommodations, so you can enjoy a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Secure Payment Methods

To provide you with a secure and convenient payment experience:
We offer a secure payment gateway for all deposits and balance payments via credit card.
A personalized invoice link will be shared with you, enabling you to complete your transaction without sharing sensitive card details.
This ensures that your payment process is fast, safe, and entirely stress-free.

Cancellation Policy

At Nile Cruise Holiday, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your plans. To ensure clarity, we’ve outlined our cancellation policy below. Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or fax to be officially acknowledged.

General Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Periods)

The following charges apply for cancellations made during non-peak periods:

  • 61+ days before your arrival: 15% of the total tour cost.
  • 60–30 days before your arrival: 25% of the total tour cost.
  • 29–15 days before your arrival: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 14–7 days before your arrival: 75% of the total tour cost.
  • 6 days or less before your arrival: 100% of the total tour cost.

In addition to the above fees, any domestic flight cancellations will be subject to the airline’s policies, and charges may apply accordingly.

Cancellation Policy During Peak Seasons

For bookings during peak travel periods, including Christmas, New Year (Dec 20–Jan 31), and Easter (Mar 25–Apr 10), the following charges apply:

  • 61+ days before your arrival: 25% of the total tour cost.
  • 60–31 days before your arrival: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 30–15 days before your arrival: 75% of the total tour cost.
  • 14 days or less before your arrival: 100% of the total tour cost.

Cancellations during peak seasons also include any additional fees for domestic flights as per the airline’s cancellation policy.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit.
Please allow a reasonable processing time for refunds.
Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or unused services.

Postponing Your Tour

Tours can be postponed prior to the commencement of booking procedures.
If a postponed tour is later canceled, the applicable cancellation policy will be enforced.
